摘 要:为了实现旭龙水电站枢纽区施工废水综合利用及废水零排放,基于水量平衡分析方法,分析了枢纽区用水方式、用水时段分布和用水规律,以及施工废水产生量及水质特征,提出了所在区域的枢纽区施工废水处理工艺和回用途径。结果表明:旭龙水电站枢纽区施工用水主要包括混凝土冲洗养护用水、灌浆系统用水、洞室施工用水和温控系统用水,高峰期用水量为33049 m^(3)/d,高峰期废水产生量为12805 m^(3)/d;其中,温控用水循环使用、不产生废水。混凝土养护废水和洞室废水通过处理后作为施工用水的补充水源以及用于洒水降尘,灌浆系统废水通过管道进入污水处理设施处理后回用于灌浆系统,旭龙水电站枢纽区废水回用量为12805 m^(3)/d,表明枢纽区废水通过处理后可全部回用,不外排。In order to achieve full use of construction wastewater in the Xulong Hydropower Station hub area and zero discharge of wastewater,based on the water balance analysis method,the water usage mode,water usage period distribution,water usage pattern,as well as the amount and water quality characteristics of construction wastewater generated in the hub area were analyzed.A construction wastewater treatment process and reuse approach suitable for the project area were proposed.The results showed that the construction water for the Xulong Hydropower Station hub area mainly included concrete flushing and maintenance water,grouting system water,tunnel construction water,and temperature control system water,with peak water consumption of 33049 m^(3)/d and wastewater production of 12805 m^(3)/d.Among them,temperature controlled water was recycled and did not produce wastewater.After treatment,concrete maintenance wastewater and tunnel wastewater were used as supplementary water sources for construction water,as well as for watering and dust reduction.The grouting system wastewater entered the sewage treatment facility through pipelines and was reused in the grouting system.The reuse amount of wastewater in the Xulong Hydropower Station hub area was 12805 m^(3)/d.The research results indicated that the wastewater in the hub area could be fully reused without being discharged after treatment.
