摘 要:为提高有机硅密封胶用于不同基材粘接的老化性能,使用双组分有机硅密封胶制备不同粘接基材、不同胶层厚度的剪切试验件,测试密封胶在不同老化环境条件处理后的力学性能和粘接性能。结果表明,密封胶试验件力学性能和粘接性能在不同粘接基材、不同胶层厚度、不同老化环境下各有差异,双组分有机硅密封胶对所测基材均粘接良好;在设定厚度范围中,胶层厚度与剪切强度呈现负相关;在所测试老化环境中,不产生粘接破坏时,湿热老化对力学性能影响最大。In order to improve the aging performance of silicone sealants for bonding with different substrates,two-component silicone sealants were used to prepare shear test pieces with different bonding substrates and different adhesive layer thicknesses,and the mechanical properties and adhesive properties of the sealants after treatment under different aging environmental conditions were tested.The results showed that the mechanical and adhesive properties of the sealant test piece were different in different bonding substrates,different adhesive layer thicknesses and different aging environments,and the two-component silicone sealant adhered well to the tested substrates.The thickness of the adhesive layer was negatively correlated with the shear strength in the set thickness range.The damp heat aging had the greatest impact on the mechanical properties when there was no bond failure in the tested aging environment.
