摘 要:为了提高混凝土胶接的可靠性和安全性,分析了胶接缝耐久性能与粘接性能影响因素。重点设计了预制混凝土节段胶接缝耐久性试验,制备拼接胶拉伸试件和节段预制胶拼构件,在不同试验环境下进行拉伸破坏。并分析了胶拼构件接缝界面粘接机理,为提高拼接胶与混凝土界面的粘接强度提供参考。试验结果表明,人工加速湿热老化环境下拼接胶拉伸试件的强度比40℃高温环境下降了7.3%;人工加速湿热老化环境下胶拼构件破坏类型为混合破坏,自然环境下均为混凝土内聚破坏,自然环境处理下胶接缝的耐久性更好,抗拉强度高12.2%左右。In order to improve the reliability and safety of concrete gluing joints,the influencing factors of durability and adhesive performance of adhesive joints were analyzed.The durability test of precast concrete segment joints was emphatically designed,and the tensile test pieces and precast segment joints were prepared for tensile failure under different test environments.The bonding mechanism of the joint interface of the spliced member was analyzed,which provided a reference for improving the bonding strength of the joint interface between the spliced adhesive and the concrete.The test results showed that the strength of the adhesive tensile specimens in the artificially accelerated damp heat aging environment was 7.3%lower than that in the high temperature environment of 40°C.The failure type of the composite components in the artificially accelerated wet heat aging environment was mixed failure,and the concrete cohesive failure was in the natural environment.The durability of the adhesive joints in the natural environment was better,and the tensile strength was about 12.2%higher.
