摘　　要：针对装配式混凝土建筑预制外墙接缝防水技术的现状和问题进行了探讨,介绍了前沿技术和未来发展趋势。引入了预埋排水管法、灌浆法、密封胶法和防水涂料法等常见防水技术,并对它们的不足进行了深入分析。探讨了新型防水材料的研发和应用、新型防水构造的设计和施工、新型防水检测和评价方法的应用。总结了装配式混凝土建筑预制外墙接缝防水技术的未来发展趋势,以及进一步研究和应用的重要性。对装配式混凝土建筑预制外墙接缝防水技术的研究和实践提供了有益的参考。In this paper,the status quo and problems of prefabricated exterior wall joint waterproofing technology for prefabricated concrete buildings are comprehensively discussed,and the frontier technology and future development trend are introduced.The common waterproofing technologies such as embedded drainage pipe method,grouting method,sealant method and waterproof coating method were introduced,and their shortcomings were analyzed in depth,the research and development and application of new waterproof materials,the design and construction of new waterproof structures,and the application of new waterproof detection and evaluation methods were discussed,and the future development trend of waterproofing technology for prefabricated exterior wall joints of prefabricated concrete buildings was summarized,as well as the importance of further research and application.It provides a useful reference for the research and practice of waterproofing technology of prefabricated exterior wall joints of prefabricated concrete buildings.
