摘  要:为了提升公路水泥基纤维复合材料的综合性能,研究了水胶比、砂胶比对水泥基纤维复合材料强度的影响,优化了柠檬酸缓凝剂掺量。结果表明,在复合材料中加入柠檬酸缓凝剂后,随着柠檬酸掺量的增加,初凝时间和终凝时间都逐渐增加。随着龄期增加,复合材料的抗压强度也表现为先快速增加而后趋于稳定,在相同龄期下,砂胶比越大则抗压强度越大,水胶比越大则抗压强度越小。随着龄期增加,复合材料的抗折强度先快速增加而后趋于稳定,在相同龄期下,砂胶比越大复合材料的抗折强度越大,水胶比越大则抗折强度越小。适宜的砂胶比为1.0或1.2,水胶比为0.22或0.24,龄期为14d。In order to improve the comprehensive properties of highway cementr-based fiber composite materials,the effects of water-binder ratio and sandr-binder ratio on the strength of cementr-based fiber composite materials were studied,and the dosage of citric acid retarder was optimized.The results showed that after adding citric acid retarder to the composites,the initial setting time and final setting time of cementr-based fiber composite were increased by adding citric acid retarder.With the increase of citric acid content,the compressive strength of the composite material also increases rapidly and then tends to be stable,at the same age,the larger the sand-glue ratio was the greater the compressive strength,and the larger the water-glue ratio was the smaller the compressive strength.With the increase of age,the flexural strength of the composite material increases rapidly at first and then tends to be stable,and at the same age,the greater the sand-glue ratio,the greater the flexural strength of the composite material,and the larger the water-glue ratio,the smaller the flexural strength.The suitable sand-glue ratio was 1.0 or 1.2,the water-glue ratio was 0.22 or 0.24,and the age was 14 days.
