摘　　要：随着无苯化环保理念的不断加强,水性轨道车辆涂料逐渐取代了与之对应的溶剂类涂装材料。为了进一步提高涂料的环保性,以水性聚氨酯为主要材料,在其原本的基础材料上制备了2种可喷涂腻子,并尝试将淀粉引入可喷涂腻子当中,设计实验对其性能分别进行了验证。研究表明,第1种可喷涂腻子具有良好的耐冲击性和耐划伤性;第2种引入淀粉的可喷涂腻子因为其具有较好的耐腐蚀性、耐热性和较高的降解率,因此具有一定的环保性。提高了可喷涂腻子的耐用性和环保性。With the continuous strengthening of benzene-free environmental protection concept,waterborne coatings for rail vehicles have gradually replaced the corresponding solvent-based coatings.In order to further improve the environmental protection of coatings,two kinds of sprayable putty were prepared on the original base material of waterborne polyurethane as the main material,and the starch was introduced into the sprayable putty,and the performance of the putty was verified by design experiments.The research showed that the first sprayable putty had good impact resistance and scratch resistance.The second kind of sprayable putty with starch was environmentally friendly because of its good corrosion resistance,heat resistance and high degradation rate,so it had certain environmental protection,improving durability and environmental friendliness of sprayable putty.
