一种灌溉用塑胶管材的改性试验与性能测试分析

摘  要:为增强灌溉用管材的抗冲击性能,试验通过硬脂酸和硅烷偶联剂对轻质碳酸钙进行复配改性,并以聚氯乙烯作为主要原料,添加适量MBS抗冲击改性剂,制备一种塑胶管材料,并对其应用性能进行研究。试验结果表明,改性后的轻质碳酸钙接触角增大,为128.5°,制备的塑胶管材料拉伸、冲击强度均提高;改性轻质碳酸钙添加量为26%较好,此时,拉伸、冲击强度分别为44.2MPa、4.63kJ/m^(2);MBS抗冲击改性剂添加量为4%或6%较好,此时塑胶管材料力学性能良好,玻璃化转变温度在85℃左右。试验制备的塑胶管材料综合性能良好,在灌溉工程应用方面有一定潜在价值。In order to enhance the impact resistance of irrigation pipes,light calcium carbonate was compounded and modified by stearic acid and silane coupling agent,and polyvinyl chloride was used as the main raw material,and an appropriate amount of MBS impact modifier was added to prepare a plastic pipe material,and its application performance was studied.The experimental results showed that the contact angle of the modified light calcium carbonate was increased to 128.5°,and the tensile and impact strength of the prepared plastic pipe materials were increased.The amount of modified light calcium carbonate was 26%,and the tensile and impact strengths were 44.2 MPa and 4.63 kJ/m^(2),respectively.The addition of MBS impact modifier was 4%or 6%,and the mechanical properties of the plastic pipe material were good,and the glass transition temperature was about 85 C.The plastic pipe material prepared in this experiment has good comprehensive performance and has certain potential value in irrigation engineering applications.
