摘　　要：针对普通止血材料无法起到快速止血作用的问题,提出一种新型钙/壳聚糖/介孔硅止血材料的制备,并对止血材料的止血性能进行研究。试验结果表明,直接给材料的内源性凝血激活途径值(ATPP值)最低为14.5s,全血凝固时间为61s,整体表现出良好的凝血性能;溶血率仅为2.8%,与细胞共同培养后,细胞增殖率几乎不受剂量的影响,表现出较稳定的生物相容性;在金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌圈宽度分别为3.2mm和2.7mm,表现出良好的抑菌性能。经过制备止血材料处理的小鼠断尾止血时间约为160s,出血量约为86.4g;股动脉失血量约为1.3g,止血时间约为146s,整体表现出良好的快速止血性能。In view of the problem that common hemostatic materials can not play a rapid hemostatic effect,a new kind of calcium/chitosan/mesoporous silicon hemostatic material was prepared,and the hemostatic performance of the hemostatic material was studied.The test results show that the lowest endogenous coagulation activation route value(ATPP value)of the material is 14.5 s,and the whole blood coagulation time is 61 s,and the overall coagulation performance is good.The hemolysis ratio is only 2.8%,and after co culturing with cells,the cell proliferation rate is almost not affected by dosage,showing relatively stable biocompatibility.When the width of the inhibition zone of staphylococcus aureus is 3.2 mm and 2.7 mm,it shows good bacteriostatic property.The hemostasis time of the mice treated with the hemostatic material is about 160 s,and the blood loss is about 86.4 g.The blood loss of the femoral artery is about 1.3 g,and the hemostasis time is about 146 s,which indicate that the rapid hemostatic performance is good.
