摘  要:基于产品设计对纤维复合材料性能的需要,考察了不同种类和不同添加量的颜料对纤维复合材料拉伸性能、弯曲性能、结晶性能、热稳定性和吸水性能的影响。结果表明,少量的颜料添加在一定程度上降低弯曲强度,而随着颜料添加量增加,纤维复合材料的拉伸强度会有所上升。添加3%颜料后,纤维复合材料在温度为600℃时的残余量都相较未添加颜料的纤维复合材料有所增加,添加不同颜料后的纤维复合材料的结晶度都有所提升。在吸水时间为8w时,未添加颜料的纤维复合材料NW的吸水率为1.58%,而添加颜料的FW3、RW3、TW3和CW3的纤维复合材料的吸水率分别为2.79%、2.88%、2.69%、3.18%。在纤维复合材料中加入不同颜料都会提升纤维复合材料的吸水率。Based on the needs of product design for the performance of fiber composite materials,the effects of different types and amounts of pigments on the tensile,bending,crystallization,thermal stability,and water absorption properties of fiber composite materials were investigated.The results showed that compared to fiber composite materials without pigment added,a small amount of pigment added to a certain extent reduced the bending strength,and as the amount of pigment added increased,the tensile strength of fiber composite materials would increase.After adding 3%pigment,the residual amount of the fiber composite material increased compared to the fiber composite material without pigment at a temperature of 600 C,and the crystallinity of the fiber composite material increased after adding different pigments.When the water absorption time was 8 weeks,the water absorption rate of the fiber composite material NW without adding pigments was 1.58%,while the water absorption rates of the fiber composite material FW3,RW3,TW3,and CW3 with adding pigments were 2.79%,2.88%,2.69%,and 3.18%,respectively.Adding different pigments to fiber composites can improve their water absorption.
