摘  要:针对传统Ⅱ类洞牙体缺损修复金属嵌体材料存在边缘线较长、会刺激牙龈与牙周组织的问题,提出一种新型甲基丙烯酸树脂(SMAs)牙科修复材料的制备,并对其应用性能和应用效果进行研究。试验结果表明,SMAs掺量为20%时制备的牙科修复材料性能最佳,此时树脂的双键转化率约为67.5%,聚合收缩率约为7.7%,浸水前后弯曲强度超过50 MPa,细菌粘附量约为50%,各项性能均满足ISO 4049:2019(E)标准要求,表现出良好的综合性能。将其用于Ⅱ类洞牙体缺损的修复,养护1年后实验组只有一例出现修复体形态不佳和食物嵌塞的情况,修复效果明显优于传统的对照组。In order to solve the problem that the traditional metal inlay material for the restoration of class II cavity tooth defects has a long edge line and stimulates the gingiva and periodontal tissue,a new type of methacrylic resin(SMAs)dental restoration material was prepared,and its application performance and application effect were studied.The experimental results showed that the dental restoration material prepared with 20%SMAs content had the best performance.At this time,the double bond conversion rate of the resin was about 67.5%,the polymerization shrinkage rate was about 7.7%,the bending strength before and after immersion exceeded 50MPa,the bacterial adhesion amount was about 50%,and all properties met the requirements of ISO 4049-2019(E)standard,showing good comprehensive performance.It was used for the repair of Class II cavity tooth defects.After one year of maintenance,only one case in the experimental group showed poor shape of the restoration and food impaction,and the repair ffect was significantly better than the traditional control group.
