摘 要:基于不同围岩特性的隧洞衬砌厚度优化既能实现安全要求又可以降低工程投资。结合某电站引水隧洞,采用有限元分析法对隧洞在不同围岩特性下的受力情况进行数值模拟,计算分析在不同衬砌厚度下的应力、配筋及裂缝宽度情况,综合考虑安全性和经济性对结果进行分析比较,提出了针对不同围岩特性的隧洞衬砌厚度优化方案。研究结果表明,隧洞衬砌在运行期的应力情况是影响衬砌配筋的关键因素,不同围岩特性下衬砌厚度的选择应充分考虑隧洞衬砌应力、所需配筋及裂缝宽度因素影响,当衬砌达到一定厚度后,所需配筋及裂缝宽度趋于稳定。Optimization of tunnel lining thickness based on different surrounding rock characteristics can not only meet safety requirements but also reduce project investment.Combined with a diversion tunnel of a power station,the finite element calculation analysis method was used to numerically simulate the stress situation of the tunnel under different surrounding rock characteristics.The stress,reinforcement,and crack width were calculated and analyzed under different lining thicknesses.The results were analyzed and compared comprehensively considering safety and economy,and an optimization plan for tunnel lining thickness based on different surrounding rock characteristics was proposed.The research results indicated that the stress situation of tunnel lining during operation was a key factor affecting the reinforcement of the lining.The selection of lining thickness under different surrounding rock characteristics should fully consider the influence of tunnel lining stress,required reinforcement,and crack width.When the lining reached a certain thickness,the required reinforcement and crack width tended to stabilize.
