摘  要:针对掺有外加剂和掺合料的冲填混合砂浆配合比设计问题,文中采用正交试验法进行试验设计。通过极差分析、层次分析和综合评分法对水胶比、纤维素醚掺量和粉煤灰取代率等典型因素进行分析,提出了冲填混合砂浆最优配合比方案。该配合比砂浆具有大流动性,满足冲填砂浆结石技术施工工艺要求,达到M20砂浆强度等级,技术上可行,经济上合理。In this paper,orthogonal test method is used to design the mixture ratio of punching and filling mortar mixed with admixtures and additive.By means of range analysis,hierarchical analysis and comprehensive scoring method,the typical factors such as water-binder ratio,cellulose ether content and fly ash replacement rate were analyzed,and the optimal mix ratio scheme was put forward.The mixed proportion mortar has great fluidity,meets the construction process requirements of the stone technology of filling mortar,and reaches the strength level of M20 mortar,which is technically feasible and economically reasonable.
