挠力河龙头桥水库旱警水位初探

摘　　要：龙头桥水库作为挠力河干流上游唯一的大型工程,为下游重要灌区及河道生态提供水资源调配服务支撑。本文分析了龙头桥水库轻度干旱典型来水,从水功能区、水库功能和生态流量要求等方面得出用水需求,按照最大值法和综合法计算出龙头桥水库旱警水位推荐值,为支撑三江平原腹地加强抗旱管理、确保粮食安全和水安全提供参考。Longtouqiao Reservoir,as the only large-scale project in the upper reaches of the Naolihe River main stream,provides water resources allocation service support for the downstream important irrigation areas and river ecology.In this paper,the typical inflow from mild drought in Longtouqiao Reservoir is analyzed,and the water demand is obtained from the aspects of water function area,reservoir function and ecological flow requirements.The recommended value of drought alarm water level of Longtouqiao Reservoir is calculated according to the maximum method and the comprehensive method,which can provide reference for strengthening drought management and ensuring food security and water security in the hinterland of Sanjiang Plain.
