摘　　要：为了提升客户体验、提高经营效率、夯实数据基础、推动银行多元化发展,东亚中国制定全面的数字化规划并推进实施,通过数据板块、零售板块、对公板块、中后台板块、反洗钱板块和人才板块,提出细化建设实施方案,涵盖业务架构与流程设计、企业级数据架构设计以及细化建设等方面,为银行业务提供一站式数据服务、提高数据开发效率及治理能力,服务业务创新。In order to enhance customer experience,improve operational efficiency,solidify data foundations,and drive diversified development,East Asia Bank(China)formulated a comprehensive digital plan,and promoted its implementation.For each sector,detailed construction and implementation plans have been proposed,including data sectors,retail sectors,corporate sectors,back-office sectors,anti-money laundering sectors and talent sectors,covering aspects such as business architecture and process design,enterprise-level data architecture design,and detailed construction,thus providing one-stop data services for bank businesses,improving data development efficiency and governance capabilities,and serving business innovation.
