摘　　要：API 614《石油化工和气体工业用润滑、轴密封和控制油系统及辅助设备》系列标准是我国炼化企业配置和管理压缩机组润滑油系统的重要依据,2022年API 614发布了最新版本。总结了近些年来国内炼化企业压缩机组润滑油系统蓄能器、单向阀、安全阀、自力调节阀等关键组件及其配置、安装、管理等方面存在的常见缺陷,结合API 614—2022与API 614—2008讨论了缺陷产生的原因和可行的解决方案。针对静态调试,指出了易忽视的关键点。针对压缩机组的连锁延时设定,分情况给出了建议。The series standards of API 614"Lubrication,Shaft-Sealing,and Oil-Control Systems and Auxiliaries"is an important basis for the configuration and management of compressor unit lubricating oil systems in China's refining and chemical enterprises.In 2022,the latest version of API 614 was released.It summarizes the common shortcomings in the configuration,installation,and management of key components such as accumulators,one-way valves,safety valves,and self-regulating valves in the lubricating oil system of compressor units in domestic refining enterprises in recent years.In conjunction with API 614-2022 and API614-2008,the reasons for the failures and possible solutions were discussed.With regard to static troubleshooting,key points that are easily overlooked were highlighted.Suggestions were given for setting the compressor unit interlocking delay according to the situation.
