摘　　要：以涤纶镀铝薄膜为基材,通过涂覆环氧树脂保护层制备涤纶金银丝薄膜,再经物理分切即可得到涤纶金银丝。试验通过三维视频显微镜和扫描电镜观察涤纶金银丝薄膜的微观形貌;测试了高温和酸碱条件处理后涤纶金银丝薄膜的色泽变化与保护涂层脱落状况,探究了不同高温和酸碱性条件处理后涤纶金银丝薄膜的耐摩擦、耐皂洗、耐日晒、耐有机溶剂和耐热压等色牢度。结果表明:涤纶金银丝薄膜自下而上依次由保护涂层、涤纶基材层、镀铝层和保护涂层四层结构组成,总厚度为20μm,单面的保护涂层厚度约1μm。随着温度的升高和酸碱性的增强,涤纶金银丝薄膜脱色现象明显;处理后的涤纶金银丝薄膜的耐干/湿摩擦、耐有机溶剂及耐热压色牢度均能达到3~4级及以上,但其耐日晒和耐皂洗色牢度较低。Polyester tinsel film is prepared with polyester aluminized film as the substrate and by coating epoxy resin protective layer,and then polyester tinsel can be obtained by physical slitting.The morphology of polyes⁃ter tinsel film is observed through three-dimensional video microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The color changes and protective coating peeling of polyester tinsel films under high temperature and acid and alkali conditions are explored,and the color fastnesses to rubbing,washing,sunlight,organic solvent and hot pressing are tested.The results show that the polyester tinsel film is composed of four layers from bottom to top including protective coating,polyester substrate layer,aluminized layer and protective coating with a total thickness of about 20μm and a thickness of about 1μm on one side.The decolorization phenomenon be⁃comes obvious with the increase of temperature and the enhancement of acid and alkali conditions.The color fastnesses to dry/wet rubbing,organic solvent and hot pressing of polyester tinsel film can reach Grade 3-4 or above,but its color fastnesses to sunlight and washing are low.
