羊毛针织物抗起毛起球剂的合成及应用

摘　　要：以聚酯多元醇(XCP-44、XCP-244)、聚醚多元醇(PPG)和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,制备一种阴离子型水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂。通过单因素法优选出乳液合成和织物整理的最佳条件:R值为1.54,DMPA质量分数为5.3%;整理剂质量浓度为60 g/L,整理液pH为6~7,焙烘温度为150℃,焙烘时间为3 min。用红外光谱、粒径分析仪以及热重分析仪对合成产物进行了测试与表征,分别用扫描电镜和智能风格仪测试了整理织物的表面形貌以及手感。结果表明:合成的乳液粒径较小且分布均匀,热稳定性较好;经水性聚氨酯乳液整理织物的抗起毛起球效果达到3.5级,且手感较好。An anionic waterborne polyurethane as anti pilling agent is prepared using polyester polyols(XCP-44,XCP-244),polyether polyols(PPG),and 2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI)as raw materials,dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)as a hydrophilic chain extender.The conditions of emulsion synthesis and fabric finishing are opti⁃mized by single factor method:R value is 1.54,DMPA concentration is 5.3%;the agent concentration is 60 g/L,the pH of the finishing solution is 6-7,the baking temperature is 150℃,and the baking time is 3 min.The syn⁃thesized product is tested and characterized using infrared spectroscopy,particle size analyzer and thermogravi⁃metric analyzer.The surface morphology and hand feel of the finished fabric are observed and tested using scanning electron microscopy and intelligent style analyzer,respectively.The results show that the synthesized emulsion has small particle size,uniform distribution and good thermal stability.The anti pilling effect of the fin⁃ished fabric with waterborne polyurethane emulsion can be improved by 1 level to Grade 3.5,and the hand feel is good.
