摘  要:针对因染缸故障、生产不良、缺料等原因导致染色生产不能按排产计划执行时,排产系统不能在线动态调整的问题,提出基于混合遗传算法的染缸在线动态排产方法,设计了在线动态排产控制系统。该在线动态排产模型加入了小概率规则约束,综合考虑了染缸切换时间、载量匹配、污染物排放量、客户重要性和交期等因素,循环读取最新的生产信息进行在线动态排产。通过染整厂实例验证,该方法调整生产计划及时,染缸利用率高,能够更好地满足产品的交期和减少污染物的排放。In order to solve the problem that the system cannot adjust the dyeing production scheduling plan online when the dyeing production of dyeing machine cannot be executed according to the production schedul⁃ing plan due to machine failure,poor production and material shortage,an online dynamic production schedul⁃ing method for dyeing cylinder based on genetic algorithm is proposed.This model incorporates small probabili⁃ty rule constraints and comprehensively considers factors such as dye tank switching time,load matching,pol⁃lutant emissions,customer importance and delivery time,and circularly reads the latest production information for online production scheduling.Through an example verification of a dyeing mill,the method can adjust the production plan in time,the utilization rate of dyeing machine is high,and it can better meet the delivery dates of products and reduce the emission of pollutants.
