摘  要:为开发纺织品防汗渍性能的检测评价方法,对7种明示防汗渍性能的样品测试其贴肤面的吸汗性和非贴肤面的颜色变化,对施加的汗液量、汗液润湿时间以及所需测试样数量进行了研究,并根据提出的技术要求进行了方法验证。配制GB/T 3922—2013规定的酸性和碱性汗液,准备3块试样,在贴肤面施加0.06 mL汗液,1 min后参照GB/T 19977—2014中10.1部分液滴分类和描述评定每块试样贴肤面的吸汗性,使用变色用灰色样卡评定非贴肤面的变色。当非贴肤面的变色≥4级且贴肤面具备吸汗性,表明样品具有防汗渍性能。该方法试验步骤简单、可操作性较强,可用于纺织品防汗渍性能的检测评价。A testing and evaluation method for the sweat stain prevention property of textiles is formulated.The sweat adsorption on the side with direct contact to skin and colour changes of the side without direct contact to skin of seven samples claimed sweat stain prevention property are tested,and the applied amount of sweat solution,wetting time and number of necessary test specimens are researched.The method is validated ac⁃cording to the proposed technical requirements.Three specimens are prepared for each sweat solution speci⁃fied in GB/T 3922—2013,apply 0.06 mL of sweat solution on each specimen's side with direct contact to skin.When the wetting time reaches 1 min,immediately evaluate the absorption property of the side with direct con⁃tact to skin according to clause 10.1 test liquid classification and descriptions specified in GB/T 19977—2014 and assess the colour change of the side without direct contact to skin against the grey scale for assessing change in colour.The sample has sweat stain prevention property when the colour change of its side with direct con⁃tact to skin is greater than Grade 4 and its side without direct contact to skin has sweat adsorption property.The experimental steps are simple and have strong operability,which can be used for testing and evaluating the sweat prevention property of textiles.
