摘　　要：在海洋旅游高质量可持续发展的背景下,关注、测算并细致分析沿海地区海洋旅游竞争力逐渐成为学界的重要研究主题。以2015—2019年11个沿海省份海洋旅游相关数据为基础,基于现有研究与理论基础构建沿海省份海洋旅游竞争力评价指标体系,运用主客观相结合的方法确定其综合权重,并结合GIS进行处理与分析,使其更加直观准确地呈现海洋旅游竞争力结果。研究发现,海洋旅游竞争力评分较高的省份集中于山东、广东与浙江,其中山东整体发展较为均衡;部分省份海洋旅游发展前景较好,发展动力充足,但其基础设施与环境状况继续改善;海洋旅游竞争力评分较低的省份在资源、配套设施、环境状况及发展动力层面存在一个或多个短板。本研究基于竞争力理论探讨沿海省份海洋旅游竞争力,不仅为海洋旅游规划与发展提供理论支撑,而且为旅游目的地管理者提供新的管理视角。Against the background of high-quality and sustainable development of marine tourism,attending to,measuring and carefully analyzing the competitiveness of marine tourism in coastal provinces and cities has gradually become an important topic in the academic community.Based on the marine tourism data of 11 coastal provinces and cities from 2015 to 2019,the study constructs a marine tourism competitiveness evaluation index system for coastal provinces and cities in line with the existing research and theoretical foundation,determines the comprehensive weights by combining subjective and objective methods,and processes and analyzes it with GIS,so as to make the results of the competitiveness of marine tourism more intuitively and accurately presented.It is found that the provinces and cities with high marine tourism competitiveness ratings are Shandong Province,Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province,in which the overall development of Shandong Province is more balanced;some provinces and cities have better prospects for the development of marine tourism and sufficient development impetus,but their infrastructures and environmental conditions need to be improved;the provinces and cities with lower scores of marine tourism competitiveness have one or more weaknesses in resources,supporting facilities,environmental conditions and development motivations,so it is necessary for these provinces and cities to improve the development of marine tourism.Exploring the competitiveness of marine tourism in coastal provinces and cities based on competitiveness theory not only provides theoretical support for the planning and development of marine tourism,but also offers new management perspectives for tourism destination managers.
