摘 要:新一轮数字技术革命带领人类步入数字经济时代,新型基础设施建设对区域绿色全要素生产率的影响作用受到社会各界的广泛关注。以2014—2021年我国30个省(市)的面板数据为研究样本,选取空间计量模型等实证检验了新型基础设施建设对区域绿色全要素生产率的影响。研究发现,“新基建”能够促进区域绿色全要素生产率的提高。分区域研究发现,中、西部地区“新基建”对区域绿色全要素生产率的影响系数显著。分类别研究发现,三种类型的“新基建”均能够提高区域绿色全要素生产率,其中融合基建的影响系数最大,且不同类别“新基建”在不同区域的影响也存在差异性。另外,“新基建”对区域绿色全要素生产率的促进作用兼具正向溢出效应,经稳健性检验后依然成立。在此基础上,为我国“新基建”促进区域全要素生产率水平的提升提供了对策建议。The digital technology revolution has ushered mankind into the era of digital economy.The impact of new infrastructure construction on regional green total factor productivity has attracted widespread attention.Taking the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2014 to 2021 as the research sample,the paper selects a spatial econometric model to empirically test the impact of"new infrastructure construction"on regional green total factor productivity.The research finds that"new infrastructure construction"can improve regional green total factor productivity.The sub-regional research finds that the impact coefficient of"new infrastructure construction"on regional green total factor productivity is significant in the central and western regions.The classification research finds that three types of"new infrastructure construction"have improved regional green total factor productivity,among which the impact coefficient of integrated infrastructure is the largest.Moreover,different types of"new infrastructure construction"also have different impacts on green total factor productivity in different regions.In addition,the promotion effect of"new infrastructure construction"on regional green total factor productivity has both positive spillover effects,which is still valid after robustness test.The study puts forward solutions and suggestions for the improvement of regional total factor productivity in China's"new infrastructure construction".
