高校图书馆服务脱贫地区的可持续发展影响因素研究

摘　　要：识别高校图书馆服务脱贫地区可持续发展的影响因素,不仅能推动高校图书馆面向脱贫地区积极作为,提升可持续发展能效;也有助于发挥自身优势,拓展服务范围,提高社会认可度。论文采用扎根理论方法,通过对26位采访对象进行深度访谈,识别高校图书馆服务脱贫地区可持续发展的影响因素及其作用关系,构建影响因素框架模型。研究发现,高校图书馆服务脱贫地区可持续发展的影响因素可归整到推拉理论框架之下;内部推力、内部阻力、外部拉力、外部斥力四个方面的因素之间密切联系、相互转化,对高校图书馆服务脱贫地区可持续发展产生的重要影响。模型阐释和相关建议能够给利益相关者提供参考。Identifying the factors affecting the sustainable development of university library service in poverty-stricken areas can not only promote university libraries to actively act in poverty-stricken areas,but also improve the energy efficiency of sustainable development.It also helps to give play to its own advantages,expand the scope of services and improve social recognition.This paper adopts the grounded theory method,through in-depth interviews with 26 interviewees,identifies the influencing factors and their functional relationships of the sustainable development of university libraries in poverty free areas,and constructs a framework model of influencing factors.The research finds that the influencing factors of the sustainable development of university libraries serving poverty free areas can be integrated under the framework of push and pull theory.The four factors of internal push,internal resistance,external pull and external repulsion are closely linked and mutually transformed,which has an important impact on the sustainable development of university libraries in poverty free areas.Model interpretation and relevant suggestions can provide reference for stakeholders.
