高校图书馆特色资源库建设方法和策略研究——以南京师范大学图书馆学人文库(校友文库)建设为例

摘　　要：高校图书馆特色资源建设不仅具有本校的学科特色,而且体现了高校图书馆的学术积淀和人文底蕴。高校图书馆加强学人文库(校友文库)的建设具有文化认同、提升学术水平、促进学术研究交流的重要意义。论文在分享南京师范大学图书馆学人文库(校友文库)文献收集和搭建设计校友文库平台虚拟平台的基础上,对高校图书馆文库建设和服务进行了展望,认为文库需要建立共享交流纽带才能充分调动校友捐赠的参与积极性;创新服务管理模式才能更加助力学术带头人获得更多成果;高效整合学术资源才能加深对校友学术资源的挖掘开发。The construction of characteristic resources in university libraries not only embodies the disciplinary characteristics of the university,but also reflects the academic accumulation and humanistic heritage of university libraries.Strengthening the construction of student libraries(alumni libraries)in universities is of great significance for cultural identity,improving academic level,and promoting academic research and exchange.On the basis of sharing literature collection and designing a virtual platform for the alumni library of Nanjing Normal University,this paper looks forward to the construction and services of university library libraries.It is believed that the library needs to establish a shared communication link to fully mobilize the participation enthusiasm of alumni donations;innovative service management models can better assist academic leaders in achieving more results;efficient integration of academic resources is essential to deepen the exploration and development of alumni academic resources.
