摘 要:传统水利工程施工在许多方面尚未建立起完善的质量管理制度,导致最后的水利施工质量评估难以呈现出准确的评价结果。为了实现水利施工质量的准确评价并避免资源浪费,研究提出一种灰色综合评价法对其进行评估。以安徽阜阳济河水利工程为例,综合评价分数为3.56分,质量等级一般。与其他评估模型精度比较,研究所提出的评估模型精度为0.906,分值最高,表明研究所提出的评估模型具有一定的参考价值。Traditional water conservancy engineering construction has not yet established a comprehensive quality management system in many places,making it difficult for the final water conservancy construction quality evaluation to present accurate evaluation results.To achieve accurate evaluation of water conservancy construction quality and avoid resource waste,a grey comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to evaluate it.Taking the Jihe water conservancy project in Fuyang,Anhui as an example,the comprehensive evaluation score is 3.56,and the quality level is average.Compared with other evaluation models,the accuracy of the evaluation model proposed by the research institute is 0.906,with the highest score.This indicates that the evaluation model proposed by the research institute has certain reference value.
