乡村旅游视域下农村闲置房屋的功能转化研究--以日照市邱家沟村为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的增速,大量的农村人口进入城市,农村的“空心化”及闲置房屋日益增多,由此对其进行转化研究显得尤为重要。该研究立足于乡村闲置房现实情况,参照闲置房功能转化的优秀案例,提出将闲置房屋与乡村旅游、乡村民宿相结合,进而以乡村民宿为主,打造精品生态民宿、引入自媒体博流量、招才引智双创发展、开发康养产业,且适当穿插艺术介入的农村闲置房屋功能转化研究路径,以期在乡村旅游视域下为我国乡村闲置房屋功能转化提供科学参考及实践借鉴。With the growth rate of urbanization in China,a large number of rural populations have entered cities,and the hollowing out and idle houses in rural areas are increasing day by day.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct transformation research on them.Based on the reality of rural idle houses and refers to excellent cases of functional transformation of idle houses,this study proposes to combine idle houses with rural tourism and rural homestays,and then constructs a research path for the functional transformation of rural idle houses,mainly focusing on rural homestays to create high-quality ecological homestays,introducing self media traffic,attracting talents and talents for double innovation and development,developing the health industry,and appropriately incorporating art intervention,in order to provide scientific reference and practical reference for the functional transformation of idle rural houses in China from the perspective of rural tourism.
