摘 要:该文采用层次分析法(AHP),以OBE教学理念为指导思想,构建以师资力量(A1)、教学过程(A2)、教学成效(A3)为一级评价指标,师德规范、教学理念、学生考核等共16个二级评价指标(B1—B16)的新农科双语课程的教学质量评价体系,细化二级指标,确定因子权重。其中,教学成效(A3)所占权重最高,学生考核(B13)、社会认可(B16)2个二级指标的权重占比达50%,体现OBE教学理念所强调的以教学成果为导向的评价指标。以期为本科院校农学的双语教学的教学质量评价提供一定的理论借鉴。The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was adopted,guided by the OBE teaching philosophy,to construct a teaching quality evaluation system for undergraduate agricultural bilingual courses in the context of the new agricultural science.The first level evaluation indicators were qualified teaching staff(A1),teaching process(A2),and teaching effectiveness(A3),with a total of 16 second level evaluation indicators(B1-B16)including teaching morality,teaching philosophy,and student assessment.The OBE teaching philosophy was used as the guiding ideology,and the second level indicators were refined.Factor weights have been determined.Among them,teaching effectiveness(A3)accounted for the highest weight,student assessment(B13),social recognition(B16)two secondary indicators accounted for 50%of the weight,reflecting the OBE teaching philosophy emphasized by the teaching results-oriented evaluation indicators.In order to provide some theoretical reference for the teaching quality evaluation of agronomy bilingual teaching in colleges and universities.
