摘  要:新农科建设背景下,加强新型农业人才培养是实现农业农村现代化、加速乡村振兴的重要举措。耕读教育作为我国优秀传统历史文化,了解耕读文化来源、解读耕读文化内涵、推广耕读模式是加强涉农高校耕读教育体系建设的重要手段。该文以耕读教育为基础,融合涉农高校育人模式,通过树立耕读思想、打造特色课程、建立考核机制、加强师资力量和提高宣传力度等方法加强耕读教育特色育人模式构建和实践路径的探索,为新农科建设培养新型农业人才。In the context of the construction of new agricultural science,strengthening the training of new agricultural talents is an important measure to realize agricultural and rural modernization and accelerate Rural Revitalization Strategy.farming and reading education as a fine tradition of Chinese traditional history and culture,understanding the source of farming and reading culture,interpreting the connotation of farming and reading culture and popularizing farming and reading mode are important means to strengthen the construction of farming and reading education system in agricultural colleges and universities.This paper is based on farming and reading education and integrates the education mode of agricultural colleges and universities.By establishing the thought of farming and reading,creating characteristic courses,establishing assessment mechanism,strengthening teachers and improving publicity,we should strengthen the construction of characteristic education model and explore the practical path of tillage and reading education,so as to train new agricultural talents for the construction of new agricultural science.
