摘  要:油气田开发工程作为传统工科专业,急需大量高素质的创新性、应用型人才,而启发式教育是培养此类人才的关键点。以油气田开发工程专业为例,从实验教学、实习基地教学、理论教学和导师示范作用四个方面深入探讨如何启发研究生的科研创新能力,提出充分利用现有实验设备和设立多种实验教学模式,充分发挥校内校外实习基地的引导作用,以及结合学生特点强化理论教学的引导作用和导师的示范作用。As a traditional major,the development of oil and gas field requires a large number of highly qualified engineers with innovative and practical skills.Heuristic education is the key point to cultivate such engineers.Taking the major of oil and gas field development engineering as an example,this paper discusses deeply how to stimulate scientific research and innovation ability of postgraduate from aspects of experimental teaching,practice base teaching,theoretical teaching and the teacher's demonstration.It is proposed to make full use of current experimental equipment and to establish various experimental teaching modes.Meanwhile the guiding role of on-and-off campus practice bases should be fully exploited,and the characteristics of students should be considered when theoretical teaching and the demonstration of teachers are conducted.
