男子拳击+91kg超重量级运动员贾洛洛夫技战术特征分析

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、视频分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对男子拳击+91kg超重量级运动员贾洛洛夫的技战术特征进行研究。结果显示,(1)在进攻拳法方面,贾洛洛夫经常运用前手作为试探对手的手段,寻找对手的防守漏洞,或者使用前手阻挡对手视野,同时运用直拳和摆拳搭配滑步与冲刺步作为常用进攻方式;(2)防守技术方面,贾洛洛夫在预判对手拳法后,根据不同距离选择防守技术;此外,贴靠防守是其在近距离中常使用的防守技术;(3)移动技术方面,贾洛洛夫使用侧步搭配摆拳,这既能避开对手的后手重拳,还能够击打对手;(4)防守反击战术方面,后仰防守反击与后撤步防守反击是其防守反击的常用手段;(5)迎击战术方面,贾洛洛夫常运用单拳作为迎击拳法且迎击效果好;勾拳与贴靠防守反击使用较少。基于此,为我国超重量级拳击运动员训练提出了建议。This paper uses research methods such as literature review,video analysis and mathematical statistics to study the technical and tactical characteristics of Men's Super Heavy Weight+91kg boxer Jalolov.The results show that:(1)In terms of attacking punch,Jalolov often utilizes the front hand as a means to test the opponent,and find the opponent's defensive loopholes,or utilizes the front hand to block the opponent's vision.At the same time,straight punch and swinging punch with sliding and sprinting step are common atack.(2)In terms of defense,after predicting the opponent's punch,Jarorov chooses the defensive technique according to the different distance.In addition,sticking defense is a common defensive technique used in short range.(3)In terms of moving,Jalolov utilizes side step with swing punch,which can not only avoid the opponent's backhand punch,but also hit the opponent.(4)In terms of defensive counteratack tactics,the sway defensive counterattack and backward step defensive counterattack are the common means.(5)In terms of intercept tactics,Jalolov often utilizes a single punch as the intercept punch with a good effect.The hook punch and stick defense counterattack is less.The suggestions based on the above were proposed for the training of Chinese Super Heavy Weight+91kg boxers.
