英超联赛“延长补时”新规的价值、问题及启示

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法,对2022—2023赛季和2023—2024赛季英超联赛前15轮共300场比赛的伤停补时时长和伤停补时阶段的进球情况进行统计,对“延长补时”新规给现代足球比赛带来的价值与问题进行研究,以期为我国职业足球联赛与国际主流联赛接轨提供参考,助力我国职业足球联赛的良性发展。研究显示,2023—2024赛季英超联赛前15轮比赛伤停补时时长及进球数较2022—2023赛季同期明显增加,“延长补时”使得比赛中被浪费的时间得到了弥补,有效比赛时间增加,进而保证了比赛的公平性、激发了球员和观众的激情、增加了比赛的悬念和观赏性。但是,超长的补时也使比赛时间大幅度延长,给裁判员执裁带来了更大的压力与争议,增加了运动员的体能消耗和受伤风险,对球队的战术安排和备战带来了一定的影响。Using methods such as literature review and data statistics,this study conducted a statistical analysis of the injury time and goals scored during the injury time period in 300 matches in the first 15 rounds of the 2022-2023 and 2023-24 English Premier League.The aim was to analyze and study the value and problems brought by the new regulations on extending supplementary time to modern football matches,in order to summarize experiences and lessons for China's professional football league to align with international mainstream leagues,so as to promote the healthy development of China's professional football league.The results show that the injury time and goal count in the first fifteen rounds of the 2023-24 Premier League have significantly increased compared to the same period in the 20222023 season.Extending the supplementary time has made up for the wasted time in the game,increased the effective game time,ensured the fairness of the game,stimulated the passion of players and spectators,and increased the suspense and viewing value of the game.However,excessive extra time significantly prolongs the game time,putting greater pressure and controversy on referees,increasing the physical exertion and injury risk of athletes,and affecting the team's tactical arrangements and preparation.
