我国职业体育俱乐部社区责任及实现策略研究

摘　　要：履行职业体育俱乐部社区责任是助力体育强国建设、健全社区治理体系的有效路径。本文运用逻辑分析法、文献资料法等研究方法,明晰了职业体育俱乐部社区责任概念,阐述了我国职业体育俱乐部社区责任的目标与实现途径以及责任主体,并基于利益相关者理论的多元主体视角,对我国职业体育俱乐部社区责任履行困境进行了探究,发现:多元主体整合方面,社区政府管理职能阻隔,多元主体社区责任目标整合欠缺;在组织机制建设方面,缺乏社区责任履行中介桥梁,组织机制建设不完善,实现路径与平台缺失;在意识目标行动方面,社区责任履行意识不强,缺乏清晰的社区责任目标,履行内驱力不足;在评估反馈机制方面,缺乏社区责任履行评估机制,职业联赛和俱乐部社区责任评估主体不清,尚未建立适合我国国情的评价体系。鉴于此,提出:建设社区责任履行整合平台、健全社区责任履行组织机制;提出社区责任履行行动理念、开展社区责任项目规划评价等意见,以助力破解我国职业体育俱乐部社区责任履行困境。The fulillment of community responsibility of professional sports clubs is an effective way to help build a sports power and improve the community governance system.Through the research methods of logical analysis and literature analysis,this paper clarifies the concept of community responsibility of professional sports clubs,and expounds the goal and realization of community responsibility of professional sports clubs in China,as well as the subject of responsibility.From the perspective of multiple subjects of stakeholder theory,this paper probes into the dilemmas of professional sports clubs in China.It is found that the dilemmas are as follows:In terms of integrating multiple subjects,the management functions of community governments are obstructed,and the integration of community responsibility goals with multiple subjects is lacking;In terms of organizational mechanism construction,there is a lack of intermediary bridges for fulflling community responsibilities,incomplete organizational mechanism construction,and a lack of implementation paths and platforms;In terms of awareness and action goals,there is a weak awareness of community responsibility fulfillment,a lack of clear community responsibility goals,and insufficient internal drive to fulfll them;In terms of evaluation feedback mechanism,there is a lack of community responsibility fulfillment evaluation mechanism,and the main body of community responsibility evaluation for professional leagues and clubs is unclear;A suitable evaluation system for China's national conditions has not yet been established.In view of this,it is proposed to build an integrated plaform for the implementation of community responsibility;improve the organizational mechanism for the performance of district responsibility;put forward the concept of action for the performance of community responsibility;and carry out the planning and evaluation of community responsibility projects,so as to help our professional sports clubs to solve the dilemma of community responsibility.
