永州市瑶族传统体育产业化发展困境与对策研究

摘　　要：少数民族传统体育产业化发展是我国体育事业发展中不可或缺的组成部分,但现实中少数民族传统体育产业化发展却呈现出低速、质轻等特点。本文采用文献资料法、调查法等研究方法,在分析永州市瑶族传统体育产业化发展机遇与特征的基础上,探讨了永州市瑶族传统体育产业化发展的困境:形式单一,产业化动力不足;人才匮乏,组织支撑性不强;项目多杂,核心凝聚性缺失;无效开发,文化价值性失位等。由此,提出永州市瑶族传统体育产业化创新发展的对策:以专项竞赛为抓手,推动瑶族传统体育上新闻上头条;以人才引进为支撑,打造现代式瑶族传统体育特色产业;以民俗特色为链接,串动瑶族传统体育消费旅游一条龙;以非遗保护为基础,活化瑶族传统体育产业化可持续发展。Traditional minority sports culture is an indispensable part of China's sports development cause,but in reality,the industrialization development of traditional minority sports presents the characteristics of low speed and quality.Through methods of literature review,investigation and interview,the development dilemma of Yao ethnic group sports industrialization in Yongzhou city was deeply investigated and investigated.The results show that in the process of development of the industrialization of Yao ethnic group sports in Yongzhou,there are difficulties including single form and insufficient industrialization drive;lack of talent and weak organizational support;multiple projects and lack of core cohesion;invalid development,loss of cultural value,etc.Therefore,strategies for the innovative development of the industrialization of traditional Yao sports in Yongzhou City have been proposed:using specialized competitions as a starting point to promote the headlines of traditional Yao sports in the news;creating a modern traditional Yao sports industry with distinctive features supported by talent introduction;using folk characteristics as a link,connecting the traditional sports consumption and tourism of the Yao ethnic group in one go;activating the industrialization and sustainable development of traditional Yao sports based on the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
