摘  要:不结球白菜生产周期短、产量高,且富含矿物质、纤维素和维生素等营养物质,为广大消费者所喜爱。但是,不结球白菜性喜冷凉,而扬州地区夏季多高温天气,生产中不结球白菜易出现纤维含量增加、易感病毒病、生长缓慢、产量下降等问题。为了筛选出适宜扬州地区夏季种植的不结球白菜品种,本研究对12个不结球白菜品种开展比较试验,对其主要植物学性状、耐热性、产量及感官品质进行调查分析。结果表明,不同不结球白菜品种的观测性状差异较大,其中2023-LY02在产量、感官品质、耐热性等方面表现均较优异,综合性状较好,适宜扬州地区夏季种植。Non-heading Chinese cabbage has short production cycle,high yield and rich in nutrients such as minerals,cellulose and vitamins,which is loved by the majority of consumers.However,non-heading Chinese cabbage prefers cold and cool weather,and Yangzhou area has more hot weather in summer,which can lead to problems in nonheading Chinese cabbage production such as increased fiber content,susceptibility to viral diseases,slow growth and decreased yield.In order to select non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties suitable for summer planting in Yangzhou,the main botanical characters,heat resistance,yield and sensory quality of 12 non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in various traits among different non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties.Among them,2023-LY02 had excellent performance in yield,sensory quality,heat resistance and other aspects,and had good comprehensive characteristics,which was suitable for summer planting in Yangzhou area.
