摘  要:以3种不同基因型(TG-1、TG-2、TG-3)的甜瓜作为母本材料进行辐射花粉授粉诱导单倍体试验,探究父母本基因型的影响和辐射剂量效应,同时研究了不同剂量辐射花粉授粉后喷施TDZ激素对单倍体诱导的影响。结果表明:3个不同基因型的单倍体诱导率分别为0(TG-1)、0.33%(TG-2)、0.17%(TG-3),表明母本基因型对单倍体诱导有较大影响,以TG-2基因型效果较好;试验筛选出的最优辐射剂量为200 Gy,其单倍体诱导率最高;200 Gy辐射花粉授粉后喷施TDZ激素的单倍体诱导率与对照(不喷施激素)差异不显著,但可有效提高二倍体的产率。Using three different genotypes(TG-1,TG-2,TG-3)of melons as female parent materials,this paper carried out a haploid induction experiment to investigate the influence of parental genotypes and radiation dose effects.At the same time,it studied the effect of spraying TDZ hormone after pollination with different doses of radiation pollen on haploid induction.The results showed that the haploid induction rates of three different genotypes were 0(TG-1),0.33%(TG-2),and 0.17%(TG-3),respectively,indicating that the female parent genotype had a greater influence on haploid induction,with the TG-2 genotype having the best effect.The optimal radiation dose selected from the experiment was 200 Gy,with the highest haploid induction rate.The haploid induction rate of the treatment spraying TDZ hormone after pollination with 200 Gy radiation pollen was not significantly different from that of the control(without spraying hormone),but it could effectively increase the formation rate of diploids.
