台州地区促成栽培葡萄采后管理技术

摘　　要：葡萄是我国重要的水果作物种类之一,甘甜可口,具有很大的市场需求量。葡萄促成栽培技术是利用棚膜的增温保温作用,创造葡萄生长发育的适宜条件,使其比露地栽培提早生长、提早成熟。本文从采后揭膜、抗逆保叶、病虫害防治、控梢和冬剪、中耕松土、土壤水分管理、施肥管理、冬季清园等方面介绍了台州地区促成栽培葡萄的采后管理技术,以期为推广高效实用的栽培技术提供参考。Grape is one of the important fruit crops in China.It is sweet and delicious,and has great market demand.Grape forcing cultivation is a technology that using the warming and heat preservation effect of greenhouse film to create suitable conditions for grape growth and development,so that it can grow and mature earlier than open field cultivation.In this paper,the technical points of postharvest management of grapes in Taizhou region were introduced from the aspects of postharvest film uncovering,stress resistance and leaf protection,pest and disease prevention,shoot control and winter pruning,intertillage and soil loosening,soil moisture management,fertilization management,winter cleaning garden in order to provide references for the promotion of efficient and practical cultivation techniques.
