疗愈环境理念下社区型养老设施空间设计研究

摘　　要：基于疗愈环境理论的社区养老设施空间设计强调“以人为中心”,通过优化空间要素,支持老年群体的身体健康和情感福祉,使空间起到疗愈作用,提升老年人的健康水平与生活质量。首先,基于马斯洛需求层次理论分析老年人的多维度疗愈需求,将提高老年人的自主性、缓解其精神压力、增强社会联系作为设计目标。其次,厘清环境的疗愈机制和环境中的疗愈要素。以老年人的需求为导向结合疗愈要素提出设计策略,并结合案例阐释具体的设计方法。最后,构建了疗愈环境理念下的社区养老设施设计策略,即优化空间要素提供自主性支持、引入自然要素提供情绪支持、置入人文要素提供社交支持。The spatial design of elderly care facilities based on the concept of healing environment emphasizes“humancenteredness”,and through optimizing spatial elements to support the physical health and emotional well-being of the elderly,the space can perform the function of healing and improve the health and quality of life of the elderly.Firstly,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,author analyzes the multi-dimensional healing needs of the elderly,and take the improvement of the elderly's autonomy,the alleviation of their mental stress,and the enhancement of their social connections as the design objectives.Secondly,the healing mechanism of the environment and the healing elements in the environment are clarified.The design strategy is oriented to the needs of the elderly and combines the healing elements,and the specific design methods are explained with case studies.Finally,the design strategy of Community-based Elderly Care Facilities under the concept of healing environment is constructed,i.e.,optimizing spatial elements to provide autonomy support,providing emotional support by bringing in natural elements,and improving social support by putting in humanistic elements.
