摘 要:通过应用人机工程学原理,提出一系列救护车医疗舱布局的优化建议,以提高医疗团队的工作效能,降低其腰背病痛率。对现有救护车舱室人机环境进行调研,通过调研与医院的急救人员进行访谈,掌握急救人员的痛点,分析急救人员的行为需求,建立舱室三维模型并利用JACK人机仿真软件对现有救护车舱室人机环境进行评估,以此提出符合人机的布局优化建议。从救护车舱室内部空间、设备配置以及布局流程3个方面提出优化建议,使救援效率更加高效。Purpose By applying principles of ergonomics,a series of optimization suggestions for the layout of ambulance medical cabins are proposed to enhance the efficiency of medical teams and reduce the incidence of lower back pain.Methods A survey of the human-machine environment in existing ambulance cabins was conducted,and interviews were carried out with emergency medical personnel in hospitals to identify pain points and analyze their behavioral needs.A three-dimensional model of the cabin was established,and the existing human-machine environment of ambulance cabins was evaluated using JACK human-machine simulation software,in order to propose layout optimization suggestions in accordance with human-machine interactions.Conclusion Optimization suggestions are made from three aspects:internal space,equipment configuration,and layout process of ambulance cabins,to improve rescue efficiency.
