摘　　要：高盐废水是一种常见的工业废水,其处理对于环境保护和资源利用至关重要。蒸发浓缩工艺是一种有效的处理高盐废水的方法,通过将废水中的水分蒸发掉,使废水中的盐类得以浓缩,从而实现废水的减量化处理和盐类的回收利用。本文阐述了蒸发浓缩工艺处理高盐废水的应用意义与不足,并从其技术原理出发,介绍整个工艺的流程步骤及注意事项,列举蒸发浓缩工艺的应用实例,以期为相关企业提供参考。High-salt wastewater is a common industrial wastewater,and its treatment is very important for environmental protection and resource utilization.Evaporation and concentration process is an effective method to treat high-salt wastewater.By evaporating the water in the wastewater,the salt in the wastewater can be concentrated,so as to achieve the reduction of wastewater treatment and the recycling of salt.This paper describes the application significance and shortcomings of evaporation and concentration process to treat high-salt wastewater,and introduces the process steps and precautions from its technical principle,and lists application examples of evaporation and concentration process,in order to provide reference for related enterprises.
