摘  要:城市噪声地图是现代环境噪声管理中的一种重要手段,对其进行开发和应用研究有着显著的现实意义。在构建方法上,本文对噪声源的识别分类、声场模拟理论及计算模型进行论述(如ISO 9613-2标准、SoundPLAN等),数据采集技术(由实地测量,遥感监测和大数据分析组成)和GIS技术对噪声地图绘制具有关键作用。深入分析研究城市噪声对城市规划和环境影响评价、环境噪声污染治理战略制定、公众参与和信息公开、全社会积极参与监督管理等方面有着不可或缺的重要作用,对促进城市环境保护及可持续发展有着深远的战略意义。未来技术人员应进一步加大相关技术的研发及实际应用,以期能够对城市噪声污染防控工作提供更科学、更高效的解决方法。Urban noise map is an important means of modern environmental noise management,and its development and application have significant practical significance.In terms of construction methods,this paper discussed noise source identification and classification,sound field simulation theory and calculation model(such as ISO 9613-2 standard,SoundPLAN,etc.),data acquisition technology(composed of field measurement,remote sensing monitoring and big data analysis)and GIS technology play a key role in noise mapping.In-depth analysis of urban noise plays an indispensable and important role in urban planning and environmental impact assessment,the formulation of environmental noise pollution control strategies,public participation and information disclosure,and the active participation of the whole society in supervision and management,and has far-reaching strategic significance for promoting urban environmental protection and sustainable development.In the future,technology research and development and practical application should be further increased in order to provide more scientific and efficient solutions for urban noise pollution prevention and control.
