摘 要:随着用户对环保与健康的要求越来越高,农用车车内空气质量尤其受到关注。针对车内空气净化,设计了一种电晕放电产生低温等离子体的空气净化装置。根据农用车使用工况,选择线-板结构等离子发生装置,然后用COMSOL软件仿真计算其产生的电子密度。仿真结果表明,在电压5kV、电极间距10mm时,电子密度可达到1.3×10^(14)m^(-3);电压7kV、电极间距10mm时,电子密度可达到5.5×10^(14)m^(-3);电压5kV、电极间距7mm时,电子密度可达到2.5×10^(14)m^(-3)。线-板形式电晕放电可产生高密度的高能电子,具有很强的空气净化能力。可采用适当增加线电极数量、增大电压、减小电极间距等措施来提高电子密度。With the increase of users'requirements for environmental protection and health,air quality in agricultural vehicles was particularly concerned.In order to purify the air in the vehicle,an air purification device that generated low-temperature plasma by means of corona discharge was designed.According to the operating conditions of agricultural vehicles,the air purification device was designed in the form of a line-plate structure,and then the electron density generated by the device was simulated and calculated using COMSOL software.Simulation results showed that electron density could reach 1.3×10^(14)m^(-3)at a voltage of 5 kV and an electrode spacing of 10 mm,electron density could reach 5.5×10^(14)m^(-3)at a voltage of 7 kV and an electrode spacing of 10 mm,electron density could reach 2.5×10^(14)m^(-3)at a voltage of 5 kV and an electrode spacing of 7 mm.The line-plate form of corona discharge could generate high-density and high-energy electrons which had strong air purification capabilities.The electron density could be increased by appropriately increasing the number of wire electrodes,increasing the voltage and reducing the electrode spacing.
