摘　　要：本文以宁波市在提升全民健身服务方面的先行性实践经验与相关实际案例为依据,分析了推动社区体育场馆设施配建过程中的主要问题与核心矛盾,并结合空间集约原则,兼顾空间的灵活性和可适应性,探讨了设计与管控、建设与使用之间的良性关系,从避免过度管控、促进合作共赢的角度出发,针对居住区配建体育场馆的空间管控提出建议。This paper is based on Ningbo's pioneering practice experience and relevant practical cases in improving the public fitness service,analyzes the main problems and core contradictions related to the construction of sports venues in residential areas.Combining the principle of spatial intensification,taking into account the flexibility and adaptability of space,it explores the positive relationship between design and control,construction and use,and proposes spatial control suggestions for sports venues as supporting facilities for residential communities from the perspective of avoiding excessive control and promoting cooperation.
