早期康复护理结合连续性的被动运动训练在老年患者膝关节置换术后的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复护理结合连续性的被动运动训练是否影响膝关节置换术老年病人术后的运动方面的功能以及预后,从而为此类病人提供有效的干预手段。方法挑选2019年02月-2022年02月在我院实施膝关节置换手术的病人116例为此次试验的对象,随机将其分为2组,对照组56例病人给予早期康复护理,观察组60例病人则另外给予连续性被动运动方面的训练,对比两组干预4周后HSS评分和VAS评分、运动功能和预后情况。结果干预4周后两组HSS评分和VAS评分较干预前明显改善(P<0.05);并且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05);干预前两组6 MWT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预8周后两组6 MWT较干预前明显升高(P<0.05);并且观察组升高更明显(P<0.05);总有效率方面,观察组病人较对照组病人高(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理结合连续性的被动运动训练在实施膝关节置换手术的老年病人中可有效地缓解其疼痛,改善膝关节功能,有助于改善病人术后运动功能和预后。Objective To explore whether early rehabilitation nursing combined with continuous passive exercise training can affect the function and prognosis of elderly patients after knee replacement,so as to provide effective intervention measures for such patients.Methods 116 invalids admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 after knee replacement were selected and randomly assigned into 2 groups.Invalids in control group(n=60)was given early rehabilitation nursing,and invalids in observation group(n=60)was given continuous passive exercise training on the basis of the control group.HSS score,VAS score,motor function and prognosis were compared between 2 groups after 4 weeks of intervention.Results HSS and VAS scores of 2 groups were obvious improved after 4 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).The improvement of observation group was more obvious(P<0.05);There was no obvious difference in CCI and 6 MWT between 2 groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,6 MWT in both groups was obvious higher than before intervention,and CCI was obvious lower than before intervention(P<0.05).The improvement of observation group was more obvious(P<0.05);The total effective rate in observation group was obvious higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous passive exercise training combined with early rehabilitation nursing for elderly invalids after knee replacement can relieve pain,improve knee function,and help improve postoperative motor function and prognosis.
