摘　　要：作为一种思想方法和工作方法,系统思维要坚持用普遍联系、全面系统、发展变化的观点来认识事物,也要坚持用整体性、前瞻性、结构性、开放性等思维方式处理解决复杂问题。新时代,面临新问题新矛盾,领导干部亟须以系统思维为统领,提升判断力、领悟力和执行力。在具体的工作实践中,领导干部既要遵循客观规律,又要发挥主观能动性;既要明确发展方向,又要把握发展节奏;既要顾全大局,又要分析系统要素;既要组织协调,又要促进任务落实。As a method of thinking and working,systematic thinking advocates to view things with the understanding that they are universally connected,part of a complete system,and constantly evolving,and focuses on solving complex problems with holistic,forward-looking,structural,and open-minded thinking.In the new era,facing new problems and new contradictions,leading officials need to be guided by systematic thinking and improve their judgment,understanding,and implementation.In specific work practice,leading officials should not only follow objective laws,but also give full play to their subjective initiative;not only clarify the direction of development,but also grasp the pace of development;not only take into account the interest of the whole,but also analyze the elements of the system;not only organize and coordinate,but also promote the implementation of their tasks.
