摘  要:近年来,伴随着科学技术的进步,在寰枢椎脱位的手术中置钉的技术也在不断发展。本文整理了寰枢椎脱位近十年常用的重要置钉技术,分为徒手置钉技术和新型机器人置钉技术,并介绍了徒手置钉技术及机器人置钉技术的置钉原理及常用设备,分别阐述其优缺点,最后进行整理比较和总结归纳,并提出目前临床及研究领域置钉技术所面临的局限,以促进置钉技术的未来发展。In recent years,with the advancement of science and technology,the technique of screw placement technique in surgery for atlantoaxial dislocation has been developing.In this paper,the commonly used and important nailing techniques for atlantoaxial dislocation in the past ten years were summarized,which could be divided into manual screw placement technique and new robot screw placement technique.This paper introduced the principles and equipment of free-hand screw placement technology and robot screw placement technology,and explained their advantages and disadvantages.Finally,a comparison and summary of the literature were performed and the limitations of current clinical and research screw placement techniques were presented to promote future development of screw placement techniques.
