柴胡桂枝汤治疗风痰瘀阻型颈性眩晕的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡桂枝汤治疗风痰瘀阻型颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法将60例风痰瘀阻型颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组,对照组应用甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上用柴胡桂枝汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、血液流变学指标、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血液流变学指标及VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,与对照组的13.33%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝汤治疗风痰瘀阻型颈性眩晕患者的效果显著,可加速患者临床症状消退,调节其血流循环,用药安全可靠。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of cervical vertigo of wind phlegm stasis type.Methods 60 patients with cervical vertigo of wind phlegm stasis type were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate tablets,while the observation group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,hemorheological indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemorheological indicators and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which had no statistical difference with 13.33%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Chaihu Guizhi Decoction has significant effect in the treatment of patients with cervical vertigo of wind phlegm stasis type,which can accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,regulate the blood circulation,and is safe and reliable.
