益肾调经汤治疗肾阴虚型子宫异常出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾调经汤治疗肾阴虚型子宫异常出血的临床效果。方法将78例肾阴虚型子宫异常出血患者随机分为参照组(39例)和研究组(39例)。参照组采用炔诺酮片治疗,研究组采用益肾调经汤联合炔诺酮片治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期,并于治疗后随访3个月。比较两组的临床疗效、性激素[雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)]水平及随访期间复发率。结果研究组治疗有效率高于参照组,治疗后E_(2)、LH、FSH水平及随访期间的复发率均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾调经汤治疗肾阴虚型子宫异常出血效果较好,可明显改善患者性激素水平,降低复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Tiaojing Decoction in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding of kidney deficiency type.Methods 78 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding of kidney deficiency type were randomly divided into reference group(39 cases)and study group(39 cases).The reference group was treated with norethindrone tablets,and the study group was treated with Yishen Tiaojing Decoction combined with norethindrone tablets.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles and followed up for 3 months after treatment.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels[estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]levels and recurrence rate during follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the E_(2),LH and FSH levels after treatment and the recurrence rate during follow-up were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Yishen Tiaojing Decoction has significant effect in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding of kidney deficiency type,can significantly improve the sex hormone levels of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
