摘　　要：灵渠是边疆水利的代表性工程之一,作为古代沟通内地和岭南的水运咽喉要道,自修建以来即负担物资与人员的流动。明代广西既要应对区域内部各族群动乱,又与外部安南之间互有博弈,其边疆属性明显。明廷治理广西的举措之一是“水利治边”,先后六次修浚灵渠,使其在军事、行政、农业等方面发挥作用,在发展生产、安定民心之余,有效配置兵防力量,深入推进灵渠流域的治理,在一定程度上促进了流域内的融合。水路交通的通畅可保障粮食运输与士兵调拨,对边地土司形成有效震慑,巩固王朝在广西的治理。但面对此起彼伏的族群动乱,明廷应对稍显疲软。而灵渠更为深远的意义是在与安南的往来之中,既能有效地维护边疆安全,又能发挥其后勤保障的协同作用,纾解作战之急。灵渠由补给线到交往之路,一直延续到清代,成为两国往来和文化交流的重要通道。水运交通带来的便利,促进了边疆与内地的开发与互动,有效诠释了交通与边疆稳定之间的紧密关系,为后世治边策略提供了镜鉴。Lingqu is one of the representative projects of frontier water conservancy.As the ancient waterway of communication between the inland and Lingnan,it has shouldered the role to facilitate the flow of materials and personnel since its construction.During the Ming Dynasty,Guangxi faced not only internal turmoil among various ethnic groups but also interactions and competitions with the outside Annan regime,which testified the character of its being borderland region.One of the Ming court’s measures to govern Guangxi was through the method of“governing the border through water conservancy.”The Lingqu Canal was dredged six times,which allowed to make it playing a role in military,administrative,and agricultural aspects.In addition to developing production and stabilizing the people,it effectively allocated the military defense force and further promoted the governance of Lingqu basin,which promoted the integration of various groups inside the basin area to a certain extent.Strengthening the smoothness of water transportation effectively ensured the transportation of grain and the allocation of soldiers,exerting an effective deterrent effect on the local Tusi and consolidating the governance of the dynasty in Guangxi.However,the Ming court,faced with recurrent unrest,responded in a somewhat weak manner.Furthermore,in its interactions with Annan,the canal effectively maintained border security while also playing a coordinating role in providing logistical support,alleviating the urgency of combat.From being a supply line to become a communication route,the canal continued to serve as an important channel for the exchange and cultural communication between the two countries,which lasted until the Qing Dynasty.The convenience brought by water transportation promotes the interaction and development between the border area and the mainland,effectively interprets the close relationship between the transportation and the stability of the border area,and provides a mirror for the border governance strategies of the late
