摘　　要：试验旨在对陕西省某奶山羊场死于肺炎的羔羊进行病原诊断,无菌采集病死羔羊肺脏,对细菌进行分离培养、染色镜检、生化鉴定和PCR鉴定,并对分离株进行小鼠致病性试验和药敏试验。结果显示,从病死羔羊的肺脏组织中成功分离到一株海藻糖比伯斯坦杆菌,该分离株对小鼠具有致病性,对头孢噻呋钠、四环素和恩诺沙星等药物敏感,对阿莫西林、氨苄西林和链霉素等药物耐药。研究表明,海藻糖比伯斯坦杆菌为导致羔羊肺炎的病原菌,与羔羊死亡密切相关,临床建议选择头孢噻呋钠等敏感药物进行治疗以有效控制病情。The aim of the experiment was to diagnose the pathogen of lambs who died of pneumonia in a dairy goat farm in Shaanxi Province.The lungs of dead lambs were collected aseptically,and the bacteria were isolated and cultured,and stained microscopy,biochemical identification and PCR identification were carried out.The pathogenicity test and drug susceptibility test were carried out on the isolates in mice.The results showed that a strain of Bibersteinia trehalosi was successfully isolated from the lung tissue of dead lambs.The strain was pathogenic to mice,sensitive to ceftiofuran,tetracycline and enoxacin,and resistant to amoxicillin,ampicillin,and streptomycin.Studies have shown that Bibersteinia trehalosi is a pathogen that causes pneumonia in lambs and is closely related to lamb death.It is recommended to choose ceftiofur sodium and other sensitive drugs for clinical treatment to effectively control the disease.
