昆明地区食蟹猴种群繁殖规律与繁殖率的分析

摘　　要：试验旨在探究目前昆明地区群体养殖条件下食蟹猴的繁殖规律与繁殖率,统计昆明地区2018—2022年食蟹猴的妊娠、出生的高低峰期及妊娠率、成活率、繁殖率。结果显示,2018—2022年间,每年下半年7~10月、12月为昆明地区食蟹猴妊娠高峰期,而每年3~5月为妊娠低谷期。2018—2022年间,每年均有连续生产,2~5月为食蟹猴出生的高峰期,6~10月为出生低谷期。昆明地区食蟹猴平均妊娠率、成活率和繁殖率分别为80.40%、90.18%和72.44%,与其他地域数据相比偏高。研究表明,每年7~12月应对雌猴更加重视,每年2~3月、5月和12月应加强对新生猴的重视。数据结果可为昆明地区食蟹猴的繁殖规律、繁殖性能和生物学的研究提供参考,并为食蟹猴养殖业的发展提供帮助。The purpose of the experiment is to explore the reproductive rule and reproductive rate of cynomolgus monkeys under the current conditions of group breeding in Kunming area,and to calculate the high and low peak periods of pregnancy and childbirth,pregnancy rate,survival rate and reproductive rate of cynomolgus monkeys in Kunming area from 2018 to 2022.The results showed that during 2018 to 2022,the gestation peak period of cynomolgus monkeys was from July to October and December in the second half of each year,while the gestation trough period was from March to May.From 2018 to 2022,there was continuous production every year,with the peak period of delivery from February to May,and the trough period from June to October.The average pregnancy rate,survival rate,and reproduction rate were 80.40%,90.18%,and 72.44%,respectively,which were higher than those of other regions.The results show that more attention should be paid to female monkeys from July to December,and more attention should be paid to newborn monkeys from February to March,May and December.The results can provide a reference for the research of reproduction rule,reproductive performance,and biology of cynomolgus monkey in Kunming area,and provide help for the development of cynomolgus monkey breeding industry.
