摘  要:V/V接线电压互感器在6 kV、10 kV等中性点不接地系统中运用非常广泛,主要应用于三相三线电能计量装置,生产工作中10 kV高供高计专变用户广泛采用三相三线电能计量装置。通过10 kV高供高计专变用户三相三线智能电能表a相电流极性反接,导致智能电能表电流、功率因数、功率等参数异常,引起计量失准,运用用电信息采集系统各种曲线数据,结合负载性质和现场测试数据,研究故障状态下智能电能表的计量参数数据,分析出故障原因,纠正差错电量,提出详细的防范措施,确保电能计量装置安全、准确、可靠运行,有效避免电量差错。The V/V wiring voltage transformer is widely used in 6 kV,10 kV and other neutral point ungrounded systems,mainly applied in three-phase and three-wire power metering devices,which are widely used in the production by 10 kV special transformer users with high-voltage power supply and high-voltage terminal metering.The polarity reverse wiring of the A-phase current of the three-phase and three-wire intelligent electricity meter of such users causes anomalies in such parameters of the meter as the current,power factor and power,resulting in metering inaccuracy.By means of various curve data of the electricity consumption information collection system,in combination with the load properties and filed test data,this paper studies the metering parameter data of the meter in the fault state,analyzes the cause of the failure,corrects the wrong power,and puts forward detailed preventive measures,to ensure safe,accurate and reliable operation of the power metering device as well as effectively avoiding power errors.
